Training

Every range of the fight.

Structured classes across the arts that make a complete mixed martial artist — each one taught properly, from fundamentals up.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Gi & No-Gi · All levels

The ground game. Positions, sweeps and submissions — technique that beats size and strength. Kids and adult classes.

Wrestling

All levels

Takedowns, control and scrambles. The base every serious mixed martial artist is built on — and brutal cardio in its own right.

Muay Thai

All levels

The art of eight limbs. Punches, kicks, knees, elbows and clinch — pad work and drilling that sharpens fast.

MMA

Mixed classes

Where it all comes together. Blend striking and grappling in structured MMA sessions — from first class to fight prep.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Most people who register have never trained before. Every class is built so a complete beginner can walk in on day one and keep up — you'll be shown everything from how to tie your belt to your first techniques.

What ages can train?

Everyone. We'll run dedicated kids and junior classes as well as adult sessions — and as our case studies show, our coaches' students range from primary-school age to their fifties.

What do I need to bring?

For your first sessions, just comfortable sportswear, a water bottle and flip-flops for walking off the mats. Anything else you need — gi, gloves, shin pads — we'll point you to once you've settled in.

How much will membership cost?

Membership pricing will be announced before we open. Registering your interest costs nothing and gets you founding-member rates plus two free sessions — you decide after you've trained with us.

When exactly do you open?

September 2026, at Lordswood School's sports hall on Hagley Road. Everyone on the interest list will get the opening date and class timetable first.

No card · no obligation

First two sessions free.
